Standard P.M. ($125): Precision Single Unit Tune-Up, Standard Scheduling. Additional unit
(Example upstairs unit) can be added for $85 each same trip. Filters not included. Pricing for additional units applies only when systems are serviced during the same residential maintenance trip. If a separate trip is requested to service additional equipment, standard primary unit rates will apply.
Campbell's Family Plan ($219/year): Two Precision Single Unit Tune-Ups (Spring and Fall), Priority Scheduling (Members are moved to the front of the line ahead of non-contract customers), 5% Discount on All Repairs.

MULTI-UNIT HOMES: Have more than one system? Additional units at the same residence can be added to your Campbell's Family Plan membership for only $150/year per additional unit. This includes both Spring and Fall precision tune-ups for every system covered.

Filters: One (1) standard 1-inch pleated filter is included per system visit. Additional filters or specialty sizes are available at an extra cost. We’ll gladly install customer-provided filters at no extra labor charge.
Campbell's Family Plan memberships are for Residential Customers only. Please contact us for a custom Commercial Maintenance quote.
The Fine Print: Our maintenance plans are designed to maximize system reliability and efficiency but do not guarantee against future equipment failure. Pre-existing conditions, systems not installed to current code, manufacturer specifications, or modern HVAC standards may require repair before being eligible for plan benefits. Campbell's Heating and Air is not responsible for the failure of aged, improperly installed, or unmaintained components following a precision tune-up.
"Cancellation & Terms: This is an annual agreement that renews automatically. Either party may cancel this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the customer, any unused portion of the annual fee is non-refundable, as the initial precision tune-up and priority status carry a significant front-end value."
